Our service department is placed in the center of our store. You can watch the mechanics work and talk to them directly. Our service staff is professionally trained and certified to work on all makes and models of bicycles, not just the ones we sell. Whether it’s a minor tune-up or a major overhaul, you can count on us to do the job right the first time, every time
E-BIKE SERVICE GUIDELINES
Our certified-service center offers complete service on E-Bikes from Specialized, Cannondale, Electra, Serfas, Dahon, and Intense.
For all other E-Bikes our service center offers limited services such as: tires, tubes, minor shifting and braking adjustments, and accessory installation on most other makes and models. We are not able to service electronics, motors, or batteries on E-bikes purchased online (direct ship to the consumer).
For E-Bikes brands that we don’t sell, batteries must be removed before bringing E-Bikes in for service.

Estimates Are Always Free
When you bring in your bike for service, we always start with a free, no-obligation estimate of the work that will be needed. One of our service pros will discuss the problem with you and will carefully explain what work should be done, always respecting your choices and your budget.
Walk-Ins Are Welcome
Getting ready to ride and discovered a flat tire? Hit a pot hole and your rim is out of true? Sometimes you can't plan when your bike needs attention. Why not bring it in? If we can fix it on the spot, we will. And if we need more time, we'll let you know when to stop by to pick it up.
Come in soon so we can get your repair or adjustment completed for you and get you back on your bike.
